This high-impact, builder’s role is made for someone who thrives on ownership, building relationships, closing deals, and turning ideas into traction as they help scale a platform that fuels athletes worldwide.

What you’ll do?
- Drive growth by scaling our Coach Packs, from Champions League clubs and Olympic teams to boutique gyms. Every cockpit brings new athletes onto the platform.
- Build and manage a pipeline of warm leads across Europe, US and the World.
- Help coaches navigate our offer and find their best-fit setup.
- Turn partner feedback into sharper propositions and scalable playbooks.
- Collaborate with product and tech to align pack features with coach needs.
- Own the deal cycle from outreach to close, with activation, revenue and expansion as key KPIs.
- Contribute to our go-to-market strategy for new segments and countries.
- Spot and close strategic deals that help us win markets fast through accelerators, networks or bundled rollouts.
Your experience
- You’ve closed B2B deals in sport, coaching, fitness tech or SaaS.
- You find the lead, shape the deal, and get it signed.
- You manage every stakeholder from coaches to performance staff to directors.
- You bring in experts when needed, but own the close.
- You get energy from working with elite teams and top coaches like Red Bull APC, PSV and Team Visma | Lease a Bike.
- You think commercially, act fast and build trust.
- You’ve worked in fast-moving teams, or are ready to now.
- You’re fluent in English. Dutch is a plus.
- You know sport and health through work, network or deep affinity.
- You’re drawn to performance, growth and building things that work, from startup to scale.
